The NAK would extend the deadline for authorization of the illegal wells
The National Chamber of Agriculture (NAK) has initiated an extension of the non-fining period of unlicensed water wells until the end of 2020, and the government is also negotiating on the related amendments of the legislation in the next few days – NAK told MTI on Wednesday.
In 2016, the National Chamber of Agriculture (NAK) initiated the amendment of the law that the maintenance of an illegally created well could be granted without authorization by the competent water authorities until 31 December 2018. (MTI)
