The big chains are selling hungarian vegetables
In Hungary, the bacteria, which is believed to be infected a spanish cucumber cargo and caused ten deaths in northern Germany, has not been detected in Hungary.
Hungary received a small shipment, but it did not make it onto the shelves. According to the Rural Development Minister; every Spanish origin food products were tested and contaminated was not found among them. The larger chains are selling only Hungarian cucumbers since the start of the season, now they removed all Spanish vegetables from their shelves – reports index.
