Most employees are committed to their employer
According to a statement sent to MTI on Wednesday, based on the responses of 109,000 Hungarian employees involved in the research, it was found that while in an average Hungarian company only 37 percent of colleagues believe that their company can retain its best people, in the Best Jobs award it is 66 percent.
