83 percent of employees are committed toward the Best Workplace award winner companies
In Hungary, 61 percent of employees are committed to their employer, and in case of companies that have won the Best Workplace Award it is 83 percent, according to research conducted in the Kincentric Best Workplace Program, which also deals with HR consulting.
According to a statement sent to MTI on Wednesday, based on the responses of 109,000 Hungarian employees involved in the research, it was found that while in an average Hungarian company only 37 percent of colleagues believe that their company can retain its best people, in the Best Jobs award it is 66 percent.
