73 percent of workers would still work from home after the pandemic, according to a survey
Globally, 73 percent of employees want to work on flexible terms, mostly from home, even after the pandemic, but 40 percent of the employees plan to change jobs later this year – Microsoft Hungary told MTI on Wednesday.
More than 30,000 workers from 31 countries were included in Microsoft’s latest Work Trend Index 2021 survey.
The survey found that the pandemic brought to the surface new phenomena that future leaders must also pay special attention to if they want to keep their employees or recruit new ones. (MTI)
