39 per cent of workers expect at least an annual bonus equivalent to their monthly salary
44% of employees receive some kind of bonus, reward, commission in addition to their salary, the rate of which in most cases (62%) is made dependent on their performance by employers. Among employees, the most popular form of fringe benefit remains the SZÉP card, with 37 percent of respondents preferring this solution. – according to a recent, representative survey of Profession.hu.
