The majority of the employers do not plan dismissals or recruitments
According to the survey of Manpower; 70 percent of the domestic employers are not planning recruitment or dismissals, in the last quarter of 2010, while in the third quarter, the number of those who plan dismissals increased.
Szekeres Katalin, marketing and recruitment manager of Manpower Hungary told, that the 13 percent of the surveyed organizations are expected to increase the number of employees in the last quarter, while in the third quarter, only 7 percent of employers in the fourth quarter of 2009, only 10 percent of the employers planned expansion in the number of employees.
