Sustainability is an increasingly important aspect when choosing a job
While we traditionally think about job choice in terms of income available, opportunities for professional development and advancement, social utility and the working environment, it is also increasingly important for potential employees how sustainable their employer is. According to a joint study conducted jointly by UniCredit Bank and SteiGen, sustainability is a significant factor in the choice of workplace in 29 percent of Hungarians.
