The multinational stores would not close on Sunday due to the customers
The opinion of the Hungarian chains are various about the limitation of the opening hours on Sundays. According to the opponents; the limitation is contrary to the interests of the consumers.
CBA Ltd. joined the European Union-wide mission with their signature that would limit the opening hours of the shops on Sundays. According to CBA; the Sunday opening hours causing serious harm to society and leads to the disintegration of the family life of the workers. The Coop also supports the initiative, the bigger ones, Auchan and Tesco do not – reports Világgazdaság Online, after MTI Eco.
