Mol acquires the company operating Marché restaurants in Hungary
Mol will acquire Marché International, which operates nine Marché restaurants in Hungary beside the filling stations – Mol Hungary told MTI on Thursday.
According to the information, the agreement is in line with the Mol Group’s updated long-term strategy, which places special emphasis on the development of consumer services.
The announcement quotes Ratatics Péter, Managing Director of Consumer Services at Mol Group, who stressed that restaurants are located next to key filling stations so they can create complex service points under the Fresh Corner brand. (MTI)
