The MNB lowered its growth and inflation forecasts for this year
The Magyar Nemzeti Bank (Hungarian National Bank) slightly reduced its forecast for GDP growth this year.
The Magyar Nemzeti Bank (Hungarian National Bank) expects a 3.2 percent GDP growth in its latest Inflation Report for this year, compared to the previous report’s 3.3 percent in June. The Central Bank expects a 2.5 percent increase for the next year.
According to the Inflation Report published on Tuesday, the central bank expects zero inflation in 2015, while the MNB expects an annual inflation of 1.9 percent for 2016. (MTI)
