Artificial intelligence to accelerate delivery of online orders
Artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning will boost the development of home delivery in 2024, by predicting the number and characteristics of orders and planning processes, helping to integrate environmentally friendly alternative vehicles, and consolidating prices via supporting dynamic pricing. According to experts at DODO, a company that specialises in last-mile delivery, AI-based zoning could further improve the efficiency of online order delivery this year.
