The Mercure Budapest Korona became Hotel of the Year
The Association of Hungarian Travel Agents (MUISZ) has selected the Mercure Budapest Korona as the Hotel of the Year. The 30-year-old hotel will be completely renovated this year, with the two-year renovation completed in April – the company told MTI.

The Mercure Budapest Korona is owned by Orbis, Poland’s leading hotel group, representing Accor’s brands in the region.
Mercure Budapest Korona is located in downtown, with 412 rooms and more than 100 employees. The hotel has an annual occupancy rate of over 80 percent. The renovation cost billions of forints, and the exact amount is treated as a business secret. (MTI)
