Bees can be addicted to the taste of insecticides
Like the nicotine dependence of smokers, bees can be addicted to the taste of insecticide-treated foods – British researchers found.
The more chemicals they consume, the more they desire – the researchers of Imperial College London wrote in their study published in the Proceedings of the Royal Society B scientific journal. (MTI)
