McDonald's rewarded its loyal workers
McDonald's rewarded 93 of its loyal employees at the end of 2009. The fast food chain rewarded loyal employees, working for 10, 15 and 20 years with a total sum of 12 million HUF.
Seventy percent of the awarded employees are the workers of the company, while 30 percent are from franchisee-operated restaurants. The participation of the franchise restaurants is voluntary in the program, despite this, they almost have a 100 percent participation.
The Hungarian McDonald's rewards its loyal staff since 1998, but the award not only exists in Hungary: the fast-food chain applies this type of reward system on international level also – reports Marketinginfo.hu.
