The Matusz CsBVK company group operates in three countries, Hungary, Austria (Gastro Genius GmbH) and Slovakia (Gastro Genius Sro), where it supplies a total of 8,000 restaurants and catering establishments with professional-quality chilled and frozen food on a daily basis.

The size of the transaction signed on September 30 was half a billion forints

The company group is committed to supplying catering units with quality raw materials, which has been recognized by the public with countless awards. 2011 – Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award, 2005 – Kitchen supplier of the year award, 2010 – Businessman of the year award, 2008 – Prestige award, as well as multiple Magyar Brands and Super Brands awards. The flagship Matusz-Vad Zrt. currently distributes more than 2,000 products and represents 44 brands from 22 countries, while it also has five own brands. In 2022, its sales revenue is expected to reach HUF 25 billion.
