Mars and a further nine Hungarian large companies against discrimination

The Employers' Forum on Equality, held its first public assembly. The forum was established by the Salva Vita Foundation, together with several large companies in order to fight against discrimination and establish better circumstances for workers.

The Employers Forum on Equality was set up to fight against discrimination. Among others, the goal is that the employee, should not be dicriminated on the basis of gender, race, color, national or ethnic minority, disability, religious belief, political opinion, motherhood, pregnancy, sexual orientation, age and other features.
Mars Hungary inter alia, was chosen as one of the best Hungarian workplace (Hewitt, for the fourth time in 2009) because the company treats the welfare of staff as high priority and seeking to establish the best possible working conditions.
