Enchanted by brand loyalty

A study published for the 15th time, the annual Brand Keys Customer Loyalty Index (CLEI) concluded that these days really successful brands have one thing in common: they enchant customers with innovations and a comprehensive brand experience. Brand Keys founder and president Robert Passikoff also told that this enchantment was the critically important differentiating mark, the driving force of being loyal to a brand. The ten brands with the best performance were: Netflix, Apple, Walgreens, Discover, Hyundai, Mary Kay, McDonald’s, J. Crew, Samsung and Nikon.
