Half of the Hungarians carry out Christmas shopping via mobile phones
Shopping via mobile phones is at least as casual as the traditional way to shop in a store. In Europe, about 80 percent of the population are ordering products from their smartphone, with 41 percent doing it on a daily basis. It also turned out that we are launching about a quarter of all European purchases from phone.
In the representative survey of Mastercard, the Innofact market research company asked 18,000 people in 11 European countries, including the Hungarians. Based on the results of the research, Hungarian users believe convenience and speed are the main reason for mobile shopping.
