The Hungarian fruit will be the main star at the pálinka festival in Gyula this year

The 16th International Pálinka Festival focuses on the Hungarian fruit. The festival takes place between 17 and 19 April in Gyula – Lovász Sándor main organizer said at the press conference heralding the event..

So far, a total of 34 samples were sent by 22 pálinka makers to the 4th Pálinka World Cup. Entris were also received from Abkhazia, China, Moldova, Montenegro, Bosnia and Bulgaria – Lovász Sándor said, adding that last year a total of 660 samples were sent by the contestants and this year the organizers expect more than that.
