Hungarian food is safe
The Hungarian food safety meets the EU's average, the Hungarian food is safe – states Szeitzné Szabó Mária Director-General of the Hungarian Food Safety Office (MÉBiH).
The Director-General said that her statement can be corroborated by EU datas. Last year, 3,200 alarm occurred in the European Union's rapid alert system for feed and food. Hungary was involved in only 98 cases, but only 19 were Hungarian origin products from the questionable goods. The number of domestic infringements also decreased – reports Privatbankar.hu., after MTI.
