The annual turnover of the Hungarian confectionery market may grow to 200 billion HUF this year
The annual turnover of the Hungarian confectionery market – shelf price calculated – may grow by an average of 5 percent to around 200 billion HUF this year – the president of the Hungarian Confectionery Manufacturers Association said in Budapest.
Sánta Sándor said that the Hungarian confectionery market is dominated by foreign manufacturers with their products. Their ratio is 85-86 percent. The value of products derive from the Hungarian manufacturers is around 30 billion HUF, on a production value 15 billion HUF.
