In spite of higher prise the beer in can is more popular
The sales of beer increased in volume with 6% , in value with 10% – according to Nielsen Research. The non-alcoholic segment stagneted at 3-4%, since two years.
The most popular is the 0.5 l can, 56%
of total sales come from this, the beer in bottle has 36%. The price
in bottle was HUF 266 pro liter, in can HUF 286. The share of privat
label products grow to 21%. The most beer is sold in the hypers (22%)
but supers lost 1% in spite of garage sales.
