Lidl is preparing for the barbecue season with new products
Lidl offers nearly 60 different types of grilled meats and meat products, including new flavors and products in its seasonal grill lineup.
Last year, the Grill&Fun brand debuted sheep belly sausages with Szarvasi and smoked paprika flavors, which was a hit. This year, these high-quality products will be available in 10 flavors, including ginger-lemon, fajita seasoning, horseradish, and cayenne pepper.
The selection is broad, featuring marinated chicken and duck breast fillets, wings, and chicken leg skewers, along with pork and beef grill products in a variety of flavors. New this season are peppery, paprika, mustard, and light and dark beer-marinated pork cuts.
The seafood category has also expanded, following its huge popularity last year. The burger range is enhanced with a new jalapeño product, and for those seeking something special, Wagyu beef burger patties are available.
Lidl Hungary significantly increased its grill product sales last season by nearly a third. This year, the high-quality Hungarian sausage will also be available in six Lidl stores abroad, offering great export opportunities for Hungarian suppliers.
With continuous expansion and innovation, Lidl is committed to meeting consumer needs and supporting a healthy lifestyle, while contributing to Hungary’s economic growth and competitiveness.
