The latest chocoMe development wins an instant medal in London
The world-renowned Hungarian chocolate magician chocoMe has received a bronze medal at the prestigious Academy of Chocolate Awards. With this new award the number of international recognitions has risen to 101.
Following up on the Petit Gin introduced in 2020 as the original Petit 9 product, the Petit line-up added brand new flavour. The Bite-sized Milk Chocolate Squares with Salted Pistachio Filling is the first chocoMe product to use the 38% milk chocolate from the French specialist Cacao Barry. chocoMe founder and chief chocolatier Gábor Mészáros finds this chocolate variety a perfect match for the soft pistachio filling, made even more exciting with a pinch of Maldon salt.
“We are very pleased with the recognition that we have once again managed to create something that has mesmerized London chocolate experts. Of course, we will enter this chocolate creation at other international competitions, as it is one of the most promising creations we have created recently“,
said Gábor Mészáros, chocolatier.
