Kraft Foods has won the struggle for Cadbury
Cadbury has adopted by the U.S. confectionery giant for a 18.9 billion USD bid, despite the fact that the company had fought for weeks against Kraft’s hostile manoeuvres.
The 186 year old British company threw in the towel, after a major foreign investor is also made it feel: It would be better to accept a better offer from the U.S. company.
Kraft won, in spite of the fact that, Cadbury strongly resisted against the takeover attempt and has indicated, that it intends to assert itself – reports Világgazdaság Online.
