The second day of the KÖSZ cooking competition

The audience award is offered by Trademagazin to the favorites of the dayOn the second day, 4 teams competed again, and the quality of their work – food preparation technology, teamwork, organization, economical use of raw materials, hygiene, serving, and cleaning of the competition box – was evaluated by a 4-person kitchen jury. At the end of the competition, which takes place between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m., the audience can also taste the prepared dishes.

The audience award of the day was won by the Prizma Junior team.
