Germans start stockpiling toilet paper again as coronavirus cases surge
Sales of toilet paper and disinfectants are on the rise again in Germany, due to the second coronavirus wave: sales of toilet paper soared by 89.9 percent in mid-October in comparison with the pre-crisis levels, while sales of disinfectants (up 72.5 percent) and soap (up 62.3 percent) also surged.
