The government has submitted a bill on a special retail tax on high-income companies
The government has submitted a bill on a special retail tax on high-income companies to the Parliament – the Ministry of Finance (PM) told MTI.
The ministry’s announcement explains that the cabinet has decided in an emergency that retail companies with more than half a billion revenues should also contribute to the revenues of the Epidemic Protection Fund. With the special retail tax, Hungary can protect its economic achievements so far, so the government still expects tax assistance from high-income retail chains. (MTI)
