The Kopint- Tárki improved its growth forecast for next year
The Kopint-Tárki Konjunktúrakutató Intézet Zrt. (Kopint- Tárki Business Climate Research Institute Plc.) has improved its forecast for next year's GDP growth from the 2.7 percent forecasted in October to 3.2 percent. The Institute expects 2.2 percent economic growth for this year.
The company expects a 0.4 percent inflation for this year and– as a result of the expected pay increases – with a 2.0 percent inflation for the next year – according to the latest business report published in Budapest on Thursday.
The economic research firm forecasts that exports will increase by 6.2 this year and by 6.7 percent next year, while imports will increase by 6.9 percent this year and by 7.7 percent in 2017.
