At K&H AI implementation is coupled with knowledge development
The majority of Hungarians doesn’t yet actively use AI, while AI solutions are spreading rapidly in the workplace, according to recent research by GKI and Randstad.

Employers are increasingly recognizing the benefits of AI and are gradually integrating it into everyday work processes to support daily operations

GKI has found that nearly 80% of Hungarians don’t take advantage of the opportunities offered by AI. K&H is at the forefront of domestic corporate practice: 1,200 employees were using Copilot Chat on a daily basis last December. As Leila Medvey, HR director of K&H, explained: they are building a transparent, secure and data-conscious corporate culture where AI supports work in a controlled fashion.
