Not very useful for trade
According to György Vámos, purely trading organisations cannot expect to benefit much from programs of the National Development Plan, as significant growth in revenues is a criteria of participation, while demand is expected to shrink, or stagnate at best, as a result of restrictive government policies. Development programs may only be useful for businesses planning expansions or the opening of new stores.
