Kellogg signs 1.3-billion dollar deal with Ferrero
US company Kellogg has signed a deal with Ferrero about selling biscuit brand Keebler and other products to the manufacturer of Nutella. The USD 1.3-billion deal was concluded because in the future Kellogg will focus on cereal and snack products. Since 2017 this has been Ferrero’s fourth acquisition in the USA, one of the most important chocolate and biscuit markets in the world.
