The Jakabffy heritage
The Guild of Hungarian Restaurateurs (MVI) and the Museum of Trade and Tourism (MKVM) are going to publish a book about László Jakabffy. 1,000 copies will be printed of the 120-130 page book. Plan is that the book will be launched at MVI’s annual gala dinner on 25 November 2018, when the Gundel Károly awards are presented. When the details of the book’s publication were discussed, other ideas about the utilisation of the so-called Jakabffy heritage also emerged, e.g. organising a competition, creating a ‘Jakabffy corner’ on the first floor of the museum. //
