Impossible Foods: fish meat from a plant
The Meat-Free Burger Cake of Impossible Foods is also available in high-quality American fast food restaurants such as Burger King or Cheesecake Factory, and scientists are currently working under laboratory conditions to replace fish meat with vegetable ingredients – origo wrote after Business Insider.
The company is currently trying to reach that fish meat made from vegetable ingredients to have the same texture and taste as the real meat.
The only way to be successful if the fish made from the plant is much finer than the sea or the river fish – Pat Brown, CEO of the company said. (origo)
