The Hunguest Hotels will operate the new hotel in Sóstó

The Hunguest Hotels Zrt. won the operator’s application of the Sóstó Resort Spa & Conference Hotel – the indirect owner of the hotel chain, the Konzum Investment and Asset Management Plc. announced on the website of the Budapest Stock Exchange.

According to the announcement, Hunguest Hotels has won the right to operate for 10 years, and the time can be extended once for another 5 years.

The concession fee is 120 million forints annually, with a 30 percent income-related fee contributing to other obligations. (MTI)
