Hungarians traveling to Croatia choose the beach

There is a growing interest towards Croatian tourist facilities, 5-6 percent growth was measured in June from all sending countries – Marin Skenderovic, leader of the Croatian National Tourist Board in Hungary told M1 news channel on Tuesday.

He indicated that the Croatian hotels and private apartments will be full during the high season. He added that 95 percent of Hungarian tourists are looking for beachfront opportunities, but land-based programs are also offered to them.

Marin Skenderovic said that last year 470 thousand Hungarian tourists visited Croatia, they spent 2.5 million guest nights. (MTI)
