Heineken acquires Peruvian beer brand, Tres Cruces
By acquiring the Peruvian beer brand, Tres Cruces, Heineken has entered the Peruvian beer market that is one of the largest ones in South-America with a consumption volume of 14 million hectolitres. Still, there is room for improvement, as the premium segment makes up only 4 per cent of the total market.
