Heineken increases share in Slovenian brewing company
Heineken used to own 51.11 percent of Pivovarna Laško, Slovenia’s biggest brewing company, but now it has a 96.92-percent share in the company. What is more, the Dutch beer giant also paid the EUR 185 million the Slovenian brewer had owed to banks.
