Hungarian workers calculate with lasting changes
As the global job market is transforming because of the pandemic, job safety has become more important than ever before. According to the Randstad Workmonitor – a report prepared in 34 countries – job safety initiatives and guarantees after the pandemic are a priority for 50 percent of Hungarian workers; at a global level 36 percent said the same. 68 percent of Hungarian workers feel their employer supports them emotionally and mentally in the current pandemic situation.
One third of those employed are open to switching to a new workplace (to a certain extent). Work conditions have changed because of the pandemic, and more than half of workers reckon that these changes will stay with us after the pandemic too. One third would like to work from home post-pandemic as well. //
