The price of buckwheat, eggs and vegetables increased the most in Russia
Consumer prices increased by 0.3 percent in Russia between 25 November and 1 December. The prices rose by 8.5 percent erom the beginning of the year until 1 December. In the same period of 2013 inflation was 5.9 percent.
According to the Wednesday published report of the Statistical Office reported that the buckwheat that is symbolizing the everyday lives of the Russians significantly increased again with 10.3 percent after the 16.3 percent and 16.1 percent price increases of the previous weeks.
The price of eggs increased by 4.3 percent in a week. (In the previous two weeks by 3.6 and 2.1 percent), while the prices of rice (1.3%), butter, (1.0%), sunflower oil (1.0%), and wheat flour (0.8%) also increased. (MTI)
