The weak forint can improve the foreign tourism at the Lake Balaton

The Balaton season, expects last year's domestic traffic and increasing foreign traffic, said Rosta Sándor, the Chairman of the Balaton Regional Tourism Committee.

According to Rosta Sándor; after last year’s 7-8 percent decline, the tourism at Lake Balaton will not decrease further. The first quarter’s evolution in the number of guests, and the advance reservations for this year, also supports this expectation, while the experiences of the hotels show a completely different picture, depending on their location, their prices, their quality and services – reports Origo.
