GVH helps market participants prepare for changes in consumer protection
From the end of May, the regulation of unfair commercial practices will be tightened at several points in order to protect consumers, and the Hungarian Competition Authority (GVH) will help market participants prepare for the changes, the authority told MTI on Friday.
It was recalled that new provisions will also come into force in Hungary from 28 May 2022 due to changes in the regulation of unfair commercial practices at EU level in the field of price indication and promotion, and the display of consumer assessments and opinions. (MTI)
