The GVH is no longer investigating the merger between Master Good and SáGa Foods
According to an investigation by the Economic Competition Office (GVH), the parties did not share relevant market data with the press about the merger between Master Good and SáGa Foods, and the Authority therefore terminated the formal proceedings in this case.
In its announcement sent to MTI on Tuesday, the GVH recalls that the authority approved in December 2019 that Master Good Producer and Trade Ltd. would acquire 100 percent of the shares of the SáGa Foods Zrt. (MTI)
