The GVH authorized the sale of the Miskolc Dairy Plant

The Hungarian Competition Authority (GVH) gave a green light to the Naszálytej Tejfeldolgozó és Kereskedelmi Zrt. (Naszálytej Dairy Processing & Trading Plc.) to buy the dairy plant of the Minna Tejipari Zrt.

The deal will include the business parts of the Minna Tejipari Zrt. (Minna Dairy Ltd.) including the property and the structures thereon, the assets related and necessary for the operating activities of the plant and the “Minna CAUCASUS KEFIR”, the “MINNA COOL MIX” and the “Minna for every day,” brand names.
