The GVH has authorized Media Markt to take over the electronics division of Tesco in Győr
The Hungarian Competition Authority (GVH) has authorized the Media Markt Kft. to take over the electronics department of Tesco in Győr – the authority told MTI on Friday.
According to the announcement, the GVH concluded after the investigation that the transaction would not have harmful effects on competition. (MTI)
