The GVH accepted the undertakings of the L'Oréal Magyarország Kft.
The Hungarian Competition Authority (GVH) accepted the undertakings of the L'Oréal Magyarország Kft. in connection with the communication of a hair care product line. The authorities did not identify any infringements and no fine imposed on the matter – the GVH told MTI on Thursday.
The GVH investigated that if the company may validly promoted the fragmentation solutions of the Garnier Fructis Goodbye Damage products for hair injuries, as well as the achievable results of hair care products in the advertisings. (MTI)
