Greeks and the world
According to Attila Dávid, chef of Taverna Dionysos, Greeks are really conservative about gastronomy. He believes the restaurant to be authentic, because he learned everything he knows in Greece and the dishes on the menu are without exception based on authentic (not adapted to Hungarian taste) recipes. Greek cuisine is suited to present trends, as it uses healthy materials and small portions are common. Probably as a result of the conservative attitude, Greek cuisine has not changed much over the years.
