Goodman builds two new logistics centers to Amazon
The Goodman Group signed pre-lease agreements for two logistic centers with one of the world's largest web trading company with the Amazon.com.
Both of the facilities that will be built in Koblenz and Pforzheim will contain about 110 thousand square meters of warehouse space and also office spaces.
In Rheinberg and in Graben the handing over of facilities are underway. Prior to this year's four transactions Goodman built logistics centers for the online trading company; one in Germany, a further two in France and one in Great Britain – reports tozsdeforum.hu.
