The GKI raised its GDP forecast for next year
The GKI Gazdaságkutató Zrt. raised its DDP growth forecast for 2016 by 0.3 percentage points, from 2 to 2.3 percent, compared to its September forecast.
Investments will decline by 5 percent next year after this year's stagnation, while consumption will expand by 2.5 percent like this year – according to GKI.
Vértes András, chairman of the GKI at a press conference on Thursday said that the prognosis for this year was slightly modified, compared to the prognosis of September. The GKI expects a 15 percent drop in agriculture compared with the previous 10 percent.
