Shopping habits of Generation Z
According to a survey of 1,000 people conducted by US digital recipe-based shopping platform Chicory, Generation Z is increasingly conscious about food shopping.

Due to economic uncertainty, more than a third of Gen Z members have cut their food budget. Eating out is less frequent: 71% prefer to cook at home, often recreating their favourite takeaway meals. 72% regularly use online recipes to save money, which often encourages them to try new, cheaper or private label products.
